3. Credits and Payments

Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All purchases are final. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency. Unused credits do not expire but may be forfeited upon account termination for violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Data for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws, including but not limited to spam, harassment, or stalking
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Data to third parties
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Use automated systems to scrape, copy, or extract Data beyond normal use of the Service
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

THE DATA PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any Data. Business contact information changes frequently, and we make no representations regarding the current accuracy of any Data. You acknowledge that Data may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Data
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third party conduct on the Service

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeadSurf, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any unused credits will be forfeited without refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
